Terms of Sale

1. Scope
These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of the software "Pasted" (the "Software"), a macOS clipboard manager application, published by Léo Maillard, sole proprietor based in France (the "Publisher"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms without reservation.
2. Product
The Software is a native macOS application sold as a perpetual-use license. Each purchase grants a license key that can be activated on up to 3 devices. A free 7-day trial is available before purchase.
3. Pricing
Prices are displayed in euros (€) including all taxes on the purchase page. The Publisher reserves the right to modify pricing at any time; orders are billed at the price in effect at the time of purchase. VAT is not applicable per Article 293 B of the French Tax Code (micro-entrepreneur status).
4. Payment
Orders are placed online via the secure payment platform Stripe. Payment is due immediately upon order. The license key is sent by email upon payment confirmation. Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
5. Delivery
Delivery is digital. The license key is sent to the email address provided during checkout within minutes of payment confirmation. The Software can be downloaded at pasted-web.vercel.app/download.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a physical medium when execution has begun with the consumer's prior express consent. Activating the license key constitutes execution of the contract. However, the Publisher commits to refunding any purchase within 14 days if the Software does not function as described and no solution can be provided.
7. License terms
The purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use the Software. It is prohibited to: copy, modify, decompile, or redistribute the Software; resell or transfer the license key; use the Software for unlawful purposes. The Publisher reserves the right to revoke a license in case of violation of these terms.
8. Liability
The Software is provided "as is." The Publisher shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Software. The Publisher commits to fixing reported bugs within a reasonable timeframe.
9. Personal data
Data collected during purchase (email, name) is used solely for order management and license key delivery. No clipboard data is collected. In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, and delete your personal data by contacting swat26260@gmail.com.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought before any legal action. Failing that, the competent courts of Valence (Drôme, France) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
